We take care to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when you purchase our products. Sometimes, the product does not meet your expectations; you can easily return it.
Before deciding to return the products, take a moment to familiarize yourself with our following guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products and want to return them, we accept returns that meet the following criteria.
- Time frame: Products can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of the product: The returning items must be unused and in their original condition, and all original packing, labels, and tags must be included. Items that are worn, washed, and damaged are not acceptable.
- Proof of purchase: We accept the products with proper proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept the return of certain products. These may:
- Items with broken seals or packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products that we made to order
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
How to Initiate a Return
If you want to return an item, reach out to our customer service through email. Here you provide the details about your order number, product name, and the reason why you returned it. Our customer service team will review it and send you a return authorization number after receiving your request.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, damaged and incorrectly shipped. We recommend you use the tracked shipping methods that ensure your return reaches us safely. Once your return is received, we will inspect the product to verify that it meets our return policy conditions. We will refund or exchange you if the return is approved.
Refunds
We provide you with two options for return. One is the refund, and the second is the exchange. It's up to you to choose the one that suits you. In the case of a refund, we take 7-10 business days for the refund in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your product is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To make a claim, you will provide photos of the damaged products and their packaging. Once we verify the damage, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, the order will not be able to be canceled. We do not offer cancellation for customized or personalized products once the production process has begun.
How Long Does the Return Process Take?
The return process may take up to 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item. During peak times of sales or holidays, this time frame may extend slightly. We will keep you updated on the status of your return.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend you use a traceable shipping service for returns. The Power Quest is not responsible for the lost or returned shipment.
